Well! Wow!! My mother is turning over in her grave. She taught school in rulal Ill. back in the 30's40's50's, before she retired. She taught the 3R's social studys, and english classes. The ones that had graduated some where preachers, attorneys, judges, and even an actor. How proud of her can i be. She taught me to be kind, dont hurt peoples feelings, and get along with others. Now all the teachers are interesting in is the money. How sad, I know we all need money to get around to have what we need, or dont need. We have to love one another, sometimes that is hard, but that is gods will. sounds like that principle needs a hard lesson on what our Lord God wants us to do, and not worrie about the world. We are one people under God. Not under the world. If we are taught right we will get along with the world. It is time the church needs to wake up and sound off against places that will not heed to Gods word.
Just one more taught!

While this does not surprise me, I would encourage each person reading this to get on their knees and pray for this, our president and our country. While I did not vote for president-elect Obama, he and our country need our prayers more than ever. We are on a slippery slope and Our God will not allow us to continue in the direction we are going. Remember the saying we are tallest on our Knees. God Bless America!

This is a very good article and should make us all come to our knees and pray to our father to ask for help for our country, and our church life, to ask why we think going places are more important then going to church. I to when I was little was taken to church every sunday except for when I was sick, and grew up in church, an active in church progams, an I should say active in choir, that means children choir up throuch adult choir, and yes singing solo's, that was my obligation to my Father. And carried this through my marriage. What a blessing i get and sad when I do not attend. Thank You for being there for us all, and thank you for this message. I'm afraid that my president to be is not, puting his church life in front of what he is supposed to do. what a shame. Just my point a view. Oh I do have the churches web site as my home page, to keep me in with the churches happing's

Today is the first time I have taken the time to read your blogs... don't get on computer much! I will be following up on a more frequent basis from now on. Really enjoyed reading all the info you took the time to put in. With all that is happening, one can't help but put into prospective the shortness of time we have before HIS coming. Steven & I were talking the other night about all of the lost family we have. God has placed such a burden on my heart to share with them IMMEDIATELY because tomorrow, even this evening, may be to late. Thanks so much for all you do for HIS glory.
